I received a call to Detail a young lady's car in Pontiac. It wasn't a car that many people would have thought was worth detailing. It was, however, to her. So I took great care in detailing the car to try to bring it back to some resemblance of what it used to be. Cleaning stains, upholstering the seats, going through it with a fine-tooth comb like I would anybody's car. But I was not expecting the reaction I got when she saw it. She was so excited for the car being cleaned and renewed, and refreshed that she was actually tearing up; it made all the difference in the world to her. It was one of the most satisfying jobs I've ever done.

 I left there knowing that I had done a job for someone and it made a difference, even if it was just for a day in her life, and that's what it's all about to me. I love my business and I love my job, and when I get a customer, I hope and pray it's a customer for life.
